I don't know whether to put 1 Star or 5 Stars! I guess I'll go in the middle.....I am a 46 year old woman and mother dedicated to a healthy diet/lifestyle and have been so for my entire adult life. I am not a novice to supplements nor to the use of Chia Seeds in my diet and kitchen. When I stumbled upon this Chia Seed supplement I immediately thought "What a great idea!" I talked to my trainer and nutritionist, then reviewed other similar supplements. After much research I chose the NutraKey supplement. We all felt this might be a great way to incorporate Chia Seeds into my kids very busy lives / diets when eating them wasn't practical or possible. (The same applies to me as well, although I have more time and flexibility to slip them into my diet; but I digress.)Of course, I would try it first before passing on to my kids....Unfortunately, I had a horrible allergic reaction to just one capsule! Yes, I am able to eat small amounts of Chia seeds but for whatever reason, my body's immediate reaction was to rid itself of this product ASAP.Obviously I wouldn't risk giving it to my kids. I did, however go to the Amazon website to see if the product was returnable. It was sold by Amazon.com but none of the return explanation choices applied to my situation. Wanting to be fair, I contacted Amazon immediately through "Chat." I briefly explained what happened and since the product was opened was I able to return it for a refund?The Amazon rep immediately refunded my money while we were 'chatting' and advised me to please not return the product. Yet again, I'm thrilled with Amazon's terrific customer service which keeps me coming back again and again.As for the product, I can't honestly comment on it but it arrived the very next day in perfect condition and when I asked for a refund it was given immediately. Can't go wrong with Amazon!
