Q: How do you best clean the inside of these? The shape of the silicone makes it seem like it would be a challenge.

I stick my finger inside and swish the suds around. if needed, I put a drop of dish soap inside. Since it's flexible it is easy to get into the sharp corners.

Q: 2 pk or single? I see 1 in the pic & complaints about being sent only 1, but title clearly says (2 pk)?

I only received one! Will be contacting seller!

Q: Do these discolor or stain when using ketchup or balsamic dressing, for example?

I have only experienced bad staining with hot sauce. If using for hot sauce, I’d suggest having one dedicated to that use. No problems with ketchup or balsamic.
