Much mote effective and no side effects than other brands. I have dry eyes and my eye doctor asked me to supplement with fish oil. The high omega 3 content with high epa dha ratio, really rhelped my mental cognition. I had to use lesser and lesser eye drops and was feeling a lot more enrrgetic. No doubt product is excellent in terms of quality ,but has been very very expensive as i would usually got it very cheap in europe .Still its a good buy especially in India if found a good deal .
