Esha Absolute Lace Wig Adhesive Glue (Strong Hold) Travel Size

I have tried various wig glues and this one is one of the best so far. I tried it with The Meltdown but I wanted to try this one in the front of my hairline because I have a braid wig so it is VERY important that the lace not lift up and it look natural. Braids can be a bit heavy on the head and pull the lace away from the glue so a secure hold is very necessary and right now after almost a week with this glue I have not had to reapply any glue or anything. I sweat a lot and retain a lot of moisture on my face and forehead and just tying my hair down at night or whenever is all I need to do. The glue dries clear but you must apply it before it dries. Do not wait for this glue to dry to apply wig. I applied one thick layer, and applied my wig combing the edges into the glue as it dried. It is a bluish green tint at first and then once dry it is clear. It is not messy and no white residue. Even when it has been its hottest my wig still looks good and stays put. I love this glue. I may simply use it in combination with The Meltdown because that glue is equally just as good but I found myself having to reapply a lot with heavy wigs. I like Meltdown on my sides but I will apply Esha to the whole unit next time around but the top front is where I am most concern and it worked wonders. Keep in mind when reapplying do not add glue on top of old glue, clean the skin and lace where you need to reapply with alcohol and apply new glue because that adds to lifting and it looks messy. The glue cannot properly hold when it is caked on top of old glue, oily skin and so on. Take the extra time to reapply if necessary any glue by cleaning the area and the lace first. You will find yourself not having to reapply as much if at all. With Esha I have not had to reapply at all, not even a little. My wig stays put and we are going into week #2. Wish the tube was bigger for the price, but I didn't have to use a lot so still worth it. Some glues you have to wait for it to dry but not Esha glue, apply wig immediately after putting on the glue.

First off, I ordered this because it was supposed to be waterproof..FAIL..I washed my face and my lace started sliding even though i had it tied down. Secondly, when I received it the tube was MORE THAN HALF EMPTY there was ONLY ENOUGH glue for me to do 2 INSTALLS and that’s just with ONE LAYER for each. If I’d had a 360 wig that would’ve been all the glue right there. Definitely NOT ordering again. WASTE OF MONEY!

Not worth 5 dollars as far as the size!! I literally thought this would be a lil bigger seriously, it did come on time i can say but im not even sure if this will be enough to lay my wig today😡😡😡. As u can see its just a tad bit bigger than a toothpick....i prolly will never purchase again, i did a test on the back of my hand and the smell is awful it smells like straight elmers glue that the kids use in school then it quickly goes to a chemical like smell😫😫....as far as how it hold...it does seem like it WILL hold good cus i only did one itsy bitsy drop on my hand and spreaded it and for 1 it dries super quick and 2ndly it gets tacky like its a good hold so im prayn its enough to lay my wig and that it holds for bout a week til im ready to change my hair up.UPDATE: NOT WORTH THE BUY.....THIS GLUE LITERALLY STAYS STICKY THE ENTIRE TIME UR WIG IS ON I KEEP MY WIG ON FOR BOUT 4 DAYS AND IT WAS STICKY THE WHOLE TIME! LIKE GOOEY NOW DONT GET ME WRONG IT LAYS THE WIG BEAUTIFULLY BUT IT DOESNT DRY AT ALL AND I DONT LIKE THAT BUT WHEN U TEST IT ON UR HAND IT DOES DRY AND DRY FAST BUT NOT ON UR HEAD, ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT BUT TO EACH HIS OWN..

It's a decent product, it dries clear. But my bottle was nothing but air with barley any glue, essentially a waste of money

This is a good glue for a wig that you just quickly did and don't want to deal with it for some days. The glue is not really water resistant but your wig does not move with this glue.

This brand paved the way for other brands. When I first started wearing lace fronts I used this brand. It works amazing…when applied correctly. Other reviews said their wasn’t much in the tube but there was enough for about 3 applications on a closure; maybe enough for one application on a frontal. All in all, for the size, you get what you pay for.

Great glue!! But I’m highly disappointed this is such a get off you should advertise it as an “TRIAL SAMPLE” and not TRAVEL cause that’s exactly what it is the size is expected but there is absolutely nothing in this bottle I literally had to shake this tiny tube just to get my forehead covered for one layer. Now it makes me think so I even want to buy the bigger size. Is this how y’all sale your products with more air than product? $8 for one layer. So yeah please advertise this as a TRIAL and not TRAVEL. Only thing that travels is the air that escapes when you think it’s glue coming out..
