This was my 2nd book on Vignanabhairava tantra as Jaidev Singh learned it from lakshmana joo directly during his stay with him at Kashmir for some months. However, this book is marred with wrong interpretations of several shlokas. Also bad printing of shlokas is here also like all the three books of jaidev Singh. After going through the book on the same topic by Yogini Satyasanganand of Bihar School of Yoga, I will not recommend Jaidev SIngh's this book. It is highly recommended to study the book written by Satyasangananda Saraswati of Bihar School of Yoga which has absolutely correct interpretations and no dichotmoy or contradictions or confusion like this book. Also the confusion chances in all work by jaidev singh rises a lot due to unecessary use of jargons and their excessive cocktail in attempt hide the author's own confusion on the topic. Many things and details of this Practical Book on meditation has been missed by jaidev Singh. And without understanding them, it is just a scholarly book far away from its real objective: Learning meditation the Shiva way.

The letters are so so small to read without glasses of you are more than 40 of age. Language could be easy and grasping for new learner of tantra philosophy as Swami laksham zoo maharaj described in Shiva Sutra.The essence is great of this book but writer is highly knowledgeable and could not justified how to explain his message or core meaning of sutea in easiest possible way.
