No it’s not insulated or double layer but is very heavy and thick for a baking tray. It has a small lip on three sides. Hope this helps.

No, you need a roasting tin for that, the baking sheet is good for jacket potatoes or pizzas etc., with a suitable parchment sheet or similar on top.

Yes, this baking sheet is very heavy and will work very well for pizza and bread, it's pretty much all I now use it for.
