Q: I am 4 ft 10 in. Will these bands be too large for me to use?

It depends on what you want to do with them... They are a thick continuous loop, about 3' long when laid flat, with different widths providing different resistance. They are mostly for large, whole body type movements- pullups, squats, pushups... They might be too stout for most smaller, isolation type movements for most people. I use the smallest one for biceps, rear deltoids... and the larger 2 for squats, pushups.
