BPI Sports 1Mr Vortex Pre Training Powder Snow Cone - 50 Servings

This Pre workout is giving me an upset stomach everytime I drink it. I have many Pre workouts but never experienced such issue.Surely not a good buy for beginners OR experience gym goers

Unlike regular PreWorkouts this one doesn't dissolve properly and you have to keep stirring to remove the lumpy undissolved mass, maybe the company should give out a shaker or sorts of this needs such rigorous WORKOUt to dissolve!

The powder is not dissolving in water . Looks like fake product . No use . Amazon has to look into this to have good suppliers who supply genuine products.

One of the best pre workout. It will not give you any instant boost or feeling but it boost will be long and throughout the workout. It will give you the feeling to go for 1 more rep and has a constant level of energy throughout the workout

Good product, no jittery feeling , very mild , I underestimate cause the scoop size is 3gms , but it's actually worth it , one of the smooth and mellow preworkouts , but hell yeah u can kick some ass with it lol

There's too much caffeine in this one and it's not clearly mentioned as well. I mean yeah, the energy was there but I was too busy managing my UN- CONTROLLABLE HEART RATE. Not at all likely to use it again.

Received a genuine product and taste is excellent served with chilled water.

Totally money wastage product.this has only taste after taking it no extra enrgy feeling no strength feels.Dnt buy this.

Completely different from the last batch. See photos. Last one was bluish / green and very finely ground, and mixed well. This latest one is brown, very course, does not mix well at all, and does not taste good. Where is the quality control?

I bought this pre-workout because of a sample packet I received from GNC. This pre-workout does taste great and definitely gets you energizing and ready for a tough workout. However, the only issue I experience was that the mix does not mix well into water like C4. Instead, the water looked like it had glitter flakes floating around... but aside from that, it worked.

This tastes just like a snow cone! I love this powder. However, I do think you should start with less than a whole scoop. I started with only half a scoop. The first time I tried it, I did a whole scoop and it made me jittery. I lowered it to half and it's perfect now. Also, do not drink it late or you'll be in bed wide awake. I'm usually beat after work, but after drinking it, I feel re-energized and I don't skip my workout. I even work out longer than I initially planned. It gives me a lot of energy. I usually drink it around 5.

I've used a lot of different pre-workouts. For the most part, they're all the same with the only real noticeable difference being the amount of caffeine.Vortex works well. If you've never used a PWO drink, start with half a scoop and work your way up.I get a solid energy boost, good pump, am more focused, and have better stamina than with some of the other PWOs out there without getting the jitters.

So I bought this because my sister uses it and seems to be happy with it but after trying it for a week I've concluded not only does it give me very little energy it make my chest feel very tight and heavy. At first I thought maybe It was my nutrition but no I've tried taking this every which way. It becomes very difficult for I to breath and I start seeing spots. I've tried other preworkout and had great results so I know it's not just me. Has anyone ever had this reaction? Curious to know if there is a specific ingredient I should be avoiding.
