Extremely poor manufacturing. I ordered 2 of these chairs and both were defective in different places so I was not able to connect the legs. One of the chair backs had a nail sticking out of it. The black material stapled underneath the seat shows on the front of the seats. Overall, terrible purchase.

This chair is beautiful the textured fabric looks like crushed velvet. I would’ve liked it to be a bit wider in the seat area but it is so comfortable and the back support is perfect.

Arrived damaged. Really not that great. I’d say they look better in pics. Very low to ground. Buttons are not even. Really mediocre at best

The springs broke after a few months. Customer service is impossible to get through. Ashley furniture. They hung up on me after waiting to be placed on hold. Online chat was no help they send you the number I called and was horrible service. Very rude.

This chair is pretty. I saw it at a nearby furniture store , but the price I paid here was much better. I is soft and cozy. I just love it.

It is comfortable, and I really love that. Only problem I have with this chair is that fabric came little damaged. So I guess this is what I get for buying furniture online.

Looks just like the pic! Easy to put together and seems well made and sturdy so far.
