I lived in a German speaking country, where I had to learn the language, from zero, no previous knowledge at all!. I lived there for over 10 years, took many classes at several schools, researched and used several books and learning material during the learning process. I am glad to have learned the language to a proficient level. After having achieved this goal, I found that the best book to keep of all of the ones I bought was this master piece. I did keep other good books and material as well, but this book from Dreyer-Schmidt is for me like my "German Bibble", there I find all the answers to all my questions, it is great in the process of learning and after that to keep the language and do not forget what you learnt.. I recommend this book highly to anyone interested on mastering the German language and to keep it !!!!It comes in several languages, for the beginners, but I recommend trying using the German one, thus one can understand and learn the REAL words, because German is German.

I had been recommended by a German teacher that I should get this grammar book and fortunately, I followed her advice. I can only say that it is just perfect for those, like myself, who find that learning German is very demanding. This book can defintely clarify your doubts on the difficulties of Germnan grammar, as it has plenty of exercises and clear explanations.I believe it is an essential tool and I would certainly recommend it.The delivery was ahead of the dealine and went just smoothly.

It's a very in depth grammar book designed for those who want to learn advanced German. All instructions are in German so you have to know a certain amount of the language for it to be useful.

Well it was a required book for german studies but it is actually a great book for dissecting German Grammar.

This book was used as the core book in a German Grammar course I followed last year.It is truly excellent. Lots of exercises. The solutions come in a separate booklet, which you should not forget to buy.The booklet with the solutions is listed in the "Often Bought Together" information of the Amazon page about the book.If you want to use this book outside the framework of a course with a teacher, you should already have a solid knowledge of German, as any explanations are in German only.Great book, I thoroughly recommend it.

I was expecting more from this grammar book. I have had other grammar books with better and clearer structure. Do not get me wrong it has many good points, just not what I was expecting.

Buona grammatica per chi è a un livello medio della lingua, le spiegazioni sono in tedesco ma sono molto chiare. Affronta moltissimi argomenti grammaticali, lo consiglierei a studenti delle superiori e dell'università che hanno soprattutto bisogno di fare un ripasso perché non contiene molti argomenti per un livello alto.

Mit diesem Buch habe ich selbst irgendwann Deutsch gelernt. Super schön strukturiert, alle Regeln klar und deutlich erklärt, Übungen sind einfach super. Grammatik lässt sich so sehr schnell verbessern und das Buch hilft auch als Nachschlagewerk bei der Wiederholung. Einfach Klasse. Danke den Autoren!

Un testo facile da leggere, semplice e ordinato che spiega le regole in modo chiaro ed esaustivo. 4 stelle perché gli esercizi sono privi di soluzioni e non si può controllare se le risposte date sono vere o false. A parte ciò un ottimo testo!

Ottimo libro di grammatica in tedesco, per chi ha già delle basi di conoscenza della lingua. Ottimo se si vuole mettere alla prova il proprio livello di tedesco, dato che è scritto tutto in tedesco.
