Do these roll up on you when using them?

No they don't .. i use them for most of my lower body workouts they are great bands!

Confused about the link. I’m seeing two numbers: 10 inches and 12 inches. Which is it?

There are two purchase options. If you select the 12" Mini Bands - all of the bands will measure 12" in length. The 10" listing is for the 10" units. You have the option to select the length that you want/need. Both are the same price. Thank you,
