Q: Which amp will connect all 5 speakers? Can i connect to Pyle wall mount receiver instead of an amp, and connect aux cord to play music from phone?

I would recommend a 5.1 home audio receiver.

Q: Can these mount to acoustical/fake ceiling??

I think so. They mount with a screw and clamp. The screw is accessible behind the removable front grill. The speaker comes with a template so you know what size to cut out in the wall or ceiling. After you insert the speaker into the recess, as you turn the screw, it tightens the clamp onto drywall, securing it in place. Although it is designed for drywall, I think it will work on anything with approximately the same thickness (~3/4 inch thick).

There is no difference in for the install if you mount speakers in the wall or ceiling.
