It's a nice unit, though much darker in person than in the photo. But it arrived in a damaged shipping box with a damaged front corner (which revealed that it was composite wood). Had it been the back, I would not have minded so much. It was too big for me to ship back, as I am disabled and don't have help, so I have to live with it. baskets are good quality but will pull right out and fall, so don't put anything too heavy or breakable in them.

I use it for fruits, bread and potatoes in kitchen. Matches my cabinets perfectly.

The color is more like cherry than ebony but still nice. It's very sturdy I bought it to replace an old unit I had that was metal with thin baskets falling apart. I wish the baskets were a bit deeper. Overall it's very nice & I'm certain it will last a good long time.

First time I ordered this cabinet I was sent a chair. Returned the chair and recorded. Got the 4 draw storage cabinet, but was it broken. Two of the cross barss in the front did not connect all the way to the sides. Returned this one too. Waited to reorder until Amazon had a larger stock. The 3rd one that came and it is perfect. Perfect in all ways. Baskets fit nicely, sits evenly on the floor. No scratches. I have 3 of these. 2, 3 and 4 basket size. The nicest size to me is the 4 basket size. If you have a problem with this storage cabinet hang in there. You will get an excellent eventually.
