Awful smell and difficult to swallow. BUT I'll buy more. I took 1 every 12 hrs for 3 weeks and it reduced my acne. I used to have a few, very large and painful pimple the shows up at least once a week. I didn't get any when taking these. It was like it made my oil gland much softer. My sebum or oil build up was not happening. I did get very mild dryness and more whiteheads but it beat the red, hard pimples. I do recommend this product.I usually have 1 week of decent, I can go out in public face. Then a week before my menstrual cycle, my face starts getting a few. Then during my period, it's worse then after they are still there lingering. After taking these pills, I had a whole month of decent skin. Try this product out!

The vitamins and minerals in these capsules look top notch. Some of which I was already taking so It made me happy to think I could even lessen the amount i was taking by using this product. This product though is so hard to swallow though. They are gel caps, but the taste make me gag immediately, Even with juice u can still taste it. I also do my best not to smell these. That will also repulse you. The directions also state take 2 capsules twice a day. I'm a month in and there's no way I could work up to that. I took one twice a day for a week just because of the warning of excess dryness and the time I took 2 capsules I felt terrible. Brain fog, headaches, shaky. The jars seem expensive but you are to use less than a pea size amount and mix with a few drops of water. It'll last you months.

This is the only product out of way too many to name that has actually worked for my skin. It is incredibly effective. The only problem with it is that it works a little TOO well - if I miss a dose I may get a breakout! Grateful to this company and it’s clean ingredients that actually work from the inside out.

i use to have pretty bad cystic acne due to very oily skin. ive been using this product for over a year now and i can honestly say this stuff works. no face wash on earth would work. you have to fix the problem internally and thats what this does. its crazy to literally watch my skin become less oily just over a few days. im not a doctor but i reccomend to try this product for at least 3 months because other people may respond differently to it. However i noticed results within the first week as far as my skin not being oily. my face then stopped breaking put after the oils were gone wich at the time was pretty mindblowing, being the fact i would wake up everyday with atleast one or more new cystic/deep undergound pimples. now i can confidently say i have clear skin which i NEVER thought i would have. great product

This product is good to use to help keep clear skin. I have been using if for about a week now and have noticed good improvement in the texture of my skin. It also helps keep my skin less oily. Highly recommend this product to everyone that wants to have their skin clear.

It smell like rotten eggs. IDK if it is a bad batch or intended to smell like that but it is awful. It also upset my stomach. nothing that smells like that can be good for the GI system. returned. No clue if it works or not.

daughter can't get past the smell. I did not think it's that bad.
