Product not in good quality so returned but now the status in order item is showing as “Return lost in transit” it’s been now more than 15 days. I called customer care but again they are asking to wait for another 5 days. Very worst customer service

The material, fit, comfort is completely a 5/5I’ve been using Woodland footwear (own sandals, slippers, 2 boots) for nearly 7 years now and my every purchase has been worth the money!

This scandal has very good material. But due to detachable back belt, the button open up whenever I walk. I have to stop and attach the button back.

Fit is perfect, color is as expected and good build quality. There is one problem it will be painful at first due to poor design like it's meant for flat foot folks so it gets time used to it. So initial comfort is 2/5 so buy with that in mind.
