After relocating from Tokyo a few months ago, it has been painful to sit down on cold toilette seats and even colder porcelain bidets. Finally, we managed to fix that. The N22 has everything that's needed: excellent adjustability of the nozzles, sensical wash settings, excellent breadth of heat and water pressure settings, and even a dryer function. There are options form this brand with remote controlled functions. Based on our experience with different generations of Toyo washlettes, however those tend to fail after a few years and the replacement remote can be very expensive. The seat-attached panel of this seat works well and is easy to read and operate. Being the person who mostly has to fix things around the house, I especially like the very well done way how the seat attaches to the toilette. It seem solid and has been easy to install. We put it onto a Kohler elongated high efficiency bowl. Very happy!

After 2.5 years product had a leaked. Below is my description of resolving the issue along with my original review.Had a good experience with their support, and it would lean me into buying another from them in the future with how it was handled. So I readjusted my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as they stood by their product and resolved the issue.Not 5 stars as I have other things i wish this bidet did better, such as water pressure, and the remote control sometimes has issues changing the settings. But overall, happy with my purchase and I do not regret going with them.Update 4/7/25 - detached the bidet from the toilet to clean underside and when I unattached it, it had started leaking. Kinda disappointed it only lasted 2 and half years.Update 4/8/25 - Contacted Inus, they are sending a Repair Kit. Unsure if its a replacement for internals ill need to install or a replacement seat. Will keep updated on the process.Update 4/9/25 - Told the replacement is for internals, replacing the whole bottom portion of the bidet.Update 4/15/25 - Replacement control kit delivered. Waiting on a mounting kit I ordered as i threw original away.Update 4/21/25 - Installed new bottom portion of Bidet, was very easy to install and put it back on the toilet. Works perfectly.Original review below -Just received it today and installed it. As others have said, the opening of the seat is definantly small. It looks like a regular opening in the photos shown by them, but in person, id say it's a good 1/3rd smaller.I am upgrading from a $60 non-electric bidet that was my first bidet. Seat heater works well and the water heats up fast. The dryer also works well, and my toilet paper use will be cut even further down than it already has been. Ill just be adding a wattage tracker to track electricity to see the cost of having it.One defiantly disappointing thing of this is the pressure is a little weak in my very limited experience of bidets.Overall, it works well and does as it says. Just need to figure out what all the different modes on remote do, as they all seem the same.Will update review in future if needed.

Worth every penny! I upgraded from a very basic, 1-knob manual style bidet attachment that just sprays a hard stream of cold water. On a whim I got the much more versatile and feature-laden Inus, and wow - I didn't realize what I was missing out on all these years. Love the heated seat, heated water, warm-air dryer, and all the various settings and adjustments that can be made. Very easy to install with a little plumbers tape and wrench - it comes with a standard adapter unlock some others. Makes using the potty a fun experience. The ONLY downside as some others have mentioned is the flow pressure could be stronger...like I said, I'm used to a very strong flow from the older bidet and this one does feel like it could be stronger, even on the highest setting. It still does a great job, and overall my backside has never felt cleaner, but if there's one thing that could be improved it would be the flow pressure for those situations where you really want to clean things out. Still, highly recommended and I would purchase from Inus again.
