Yes, they do have an expiration dates. Some expire in 2023 and 2024; however, there is multiple expiration dates depending on when the product was sent in. Amazon has specific rules regarding shelf life and if it's within 50 days, it is disposed of. If you received an expired product or one you cannot consume or use before the expiration date, ask for a refund.

Q: Do you breath it in through mouth or nose?

Either! My 3yr old and 1yr old used these a few months back. So much easier than spraying their nose. My 3yr old we explained to hold it on her face and take big breaths. My 1yr old held it on her face mimicking but for effectiveness I held it over her for a short time when she was sleeping.

Q: How many uses approximately?

Each can of Micro-Mist Inhaler lasts for one hour. We recommend 2-3 mins per use or longer as needed.
