Dorel Living Otum 24” Bathroom Vanity, Gray

I adore this vanity. The styling, quality, and price all made this purchase worth the wait. I would buy it again. I had one shipped which looked like it had been dropped on a corner. One of the doors was broken. I called the phone number for replacement parts. I was told the vanity itself is the part and a single door wasn't an option. It took nearly a month for the replacement to arrive. The box for the replacement was pretty chewed up, but the vanity inside was in good shape. If the item had been shipped on a pallet, it would have saved the first vanity.

The vanity is pre assembled, WELL made. The sink is very nice and the solid surface counter and back splash, are counter-top quality.The back panel has access for plumbing and can be removed, modified easily with a jig saw.I did have to remove my bathroom door to get inside the space (Small lav, shower). The dimensions provided are accurate as well.I paired it was a Moen faucet set with metal drain. Which I installed before bringing the unit into the bath, which made working on it a lot easier. It’s one of the best products, like this I’ve purchased.

In fairness, I don't hate the product, I actually like it and it would've been just what I wanted...except, it came with both front corners of the vanity top chipped. The box was somewhat damaged (it came UPS), but the inside packaging was all intact so I am pretty confident it was shipped damaged. I tried to go through the process of replacing parts on the Dorel website but was blocked by the fact the product was missing a sticker with a number that was required on the form. So I called the customer service number, feeling increasingly skeptical about a happy resolution, and reached an actual person who was pleasant enough but quickly informed me that part wasn't replaceable. The phone instructions were in English and French, so not sure what country I was actually calling. I think ordering such items online are something of a crap shoot, so I'm willing to take my lumps here and replace the top myself, as sending the whole thing back is a hassle. The bottom part seems sturdy enough and the color is just what I wanted. But now the cost of 371.00 will end up around 500.00 plus after I replace the top. Upon further inspection though, the vanity top is made of extremely brittle and cheap material, so buyer beware.

This vanity is an excellent cabinet for the price. Soft closet is great and the interior of the cabinet is finished. The interior of the drawer is not. There are glue marks leftover on the sides that are going to need some serious goo-gone + magic eraser to get off.

Looked good, easy install. Dropped something into the sink basin and it cracked fairly easily. Crack is getting bigger so I am trying to find just the vanity top to replace it but having no luck. Probably will have to replace the entire cabinet and sink top.

I was not sure about buying a vanity online. I could not be more please with first , the packing to get it here (very carefully packaged) and second, the excellent finish. The cultured marble top is beautiful. The black wood finish and interior hardware, with soft close doors are very, very nice. I really could not be more pleased! This is a fine quality piece that puts those in the local stores to shame. So glad I took the chance. Super excited to get it placed and again. I’d buy this again!!

When this arrived, I was first impressed how amazingly well protected the vanity was in its box. Everything in the box was kept substantially away from the inside of the box, and everything was fully supported by the packaging. It was essentially encapsulated in many pieces of rigid foam.When we had fully extricated the vanity, I continued to be impressed. There was nothing about the vanity that appeared cheap or poorly made, and careful inspection revealed no flaws. The finish was excellent, the materials solid, the top was very nice engineered stone with a good porcelain.My contractor commented how nice it was, and when I told him it came from Amazon and cost about $340 delivered he was genuinely impressed (the same vanity is sold by one of the big-box home stores for $460).There is only one thing to take into account before you order this. Because of the drawer in the bottom, the trap cannot be as low as if it were not there. My contractor needed to cut a small area of the shelf above the drawer for the trap, but it does not interfere with the drawer and is unobtrusive.

We purchased this sink to replace an ugly older sink. It made the 1/2 bath look more modern for sure. It arrived in great co diction which was one of my worries since others had damage to their item. The only issue I had was shipping. The shipping is the only reason I would not purchase again. But Amazon stepped in like true professionals and made sure the order was delivered, though very late.
