The range was suppose to be stainless steel but it was white. The first time I ordered it I thought that it was just a mistake. I sent it back and re-ordered it. The second time it was tge same product. This was extremely disappointing.

This is a 860cfm range hood so it will clear smoke out quickly. Installation was fairly standard compared to any range hood. It is loud but most range hoods are 350-450 CFM. This hood is almost double that which means low on this hood sounds like high on most other hoods and high is even louder. The led lights are bright and can be changed. I believe the two one star reviews about it being white instead of stainless steel is user error. The range hood comes covered in white plastic to keep the stainless steel from getting scratched during shipping. All good quality hoods that are stainless do the same thing and you just peel off the white plastic before installing. Will update this review once we have used the hood for 6 months to see how it holds up. Update 8.23.23 : Hood is still working the same as day 1. Would say the only thing that could be a problem is how loud the vent is. It works for us since we rescue dogs that have storm and loud sound problems. We leave it running almost all the time on low to cover sounds of storms.

Great looking product. The chimney for the hood comes with two pieces and easily works for 9 foot ceilings. We have to use it as a recirculating unit so we also ordered the charcoal filter. It doesn’t fit tight to the fan intake but does sit on the rails above the stainless steel filter grate. Don’t know if it works well like that but it is in.

Product made a rumbling sound (as if something was loose inside motor) as soon as it was turned on. Contacted company in CA, which asked me to send short video of hood in operation. Company confirmed receiving video, and that was the last I heard from them. Disappointed, to say the list - unfortunately I cannot even use it because of the grinding sound!

picture does not shows that the hood is NOT stainless steel. I bought it thinking that the hood was stainless steel but it's not.

My wife bought this hood for our new kitchen. I was skeptical about the hood since it is a bit more expensive than the others but it didn't let us down. The package was very strong, and the hood was well-built. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase and would recommend to people who are looking for a strong and stylish range hood.

Good looking range hood. Like the simple industrial look with the glass. Haven't installed yet but planning on this where L weekend. I've installed a lot of vent hoods over my 20+ years as a contractor and this vent nicely built. It's going in my kitchen remodel in our farm house remix design. I'll update post once it's up.

Installation went really smoothly. Since the range hood is pretty light, it made hanging it a one person job. my handyman install it. It does not come with filter.very nice looking, have not used it. Light is very bright which i like it.
