Action Sports (Teva DE) Women's Slingback Sling Back Sandals

I am pretty much always a size 8.5. I have the original universal revive sandals from Teva already in a size 9, but ordered these in both 8 and 9 to be sure I got the ones that fit best. As other reviews stated, the straps are pretty tight. My foot went right up to the edge of the 8’s, so I’m keeping the 9’s for more room and more comfortable straps. I think sizing up consistently works for this brand if you’re a half size.

Ordered my normal size (9) and they're sadly too narrow for me since I have wide feet :( I also have flat feet so walking on them my arch is sitting on the inner edge of the shoe and it's painful. I'm bummed because they are SO cute. Teva, please make these in a wide version!

The straps can feel tight at first, but you have to loosen them like shoelaces, and then they are perfect. If they were any loser, my foot would slide around. I am a teacher, and I stand all day for work, and these are comfortable to work in! I had a pair that looked like these in the late 90's/early 2000's. I loved them then, and I love them now too!

I had high hopes for the Action Sports (Teva DE) Women's Slingback Sling Back Sandals because of their sleek, minimalist look and affordable price point. The style is definitely cute and easy to pair with summer outfits, and the footbed feels decently cushioned for casual wear.However, I was surprised to find that the elastic strap around the ankle was uncomfortably tight—even though I have narrow feet. After wearing them for a short walk, the pressure around the ankle became noticeable and a bit irritating. I wish the fit had more give or adjustability.

I read the reviews about these sandals staining your feet when wet which I was not planning to get these wet. I bought them anyways & I was wearing them around the house, they did not get wet AND still stained the bottoms of my feet. As comfy and stylish as they look, it's a no for me.

I was so excited for these to come in. When I opened them from the packaging, it was so obvious that they were not brand new, no tags, no box, just the sandals thrown into a clear plastic bag with dirt on the bottom and very obviously worn. Tried them on and they are quite snug (even after assuming someone has already worn these). I’m a 8.5 and sized up to a 9 to be safe and although they hug my sole well, straps are bit snug. If I wasn’t bothered by them being dirty and tight, the soles are actually very comfortable. Seems like the person who wore them before me probably tried to break them in, gave up, and returned them, which I might do as well. :( too bad.

I’ve been on the fence with these sandals for a few months now! After reading so many reviews and seeing lots of comments that they weren’t comfortable for wide feet I was hesitant to take the leap given the cost. I wore them for the first time today and let me tell you these are 10/10 for me! I have large wide flat feet (size 10), these were so so comfortable and didn’t rub a bit. I ordered my true size, and don’t feel like I would have needed to make any changes! The memory foam padding was so comfortable as well! I went to the vet, grocery shopping and ran a few errands that required me to walk a lot, these were great! I bought these originally for a trip at the end of the month in Chicago and wanted to do a trial run, zero complaints and I think these will be perfect for my trip!! I will update my review if anything changes in the future, but as of right now I am extremely happy!I suppose if I HAD to say any cons at this time, the only one I’ve faced is the indentation on my feet after taking them off… but I mean.. a pair of socks or fitted pants would do the same, lol!My kitty Lola approved as well :)
