Hubby and kids all get a little foot run with this lotion before bed and it makes for a great calming and soothing night time routine. The smell is pleasant and mild which I appreciate since strong perfume smells give me a headache. Great product, I highly recommend.

Does not smell like lemongrass nor almond oil. Has an unusual odor like rancid oil. Might work ok but the odor is a put off

My daughter has anxiety and takes forever to fall asleep. This is first lotion to truly work. Now for me, I was asleep within 20 mins or so. For her, I did like recommended... put on approximately 2 hours before ideal bedtime or sleeping time. It worked beautifully, as she unwound in her bed... the scent slowly kicked in and she slept through the night. (My daughter is 15.)
