Practical Solution
I have a little rabbit problem in my yard. Carnations are one of the things they will destroy. I am going to use these seeds to plant carnations outside my main yard at the bottom of my brick retaining wall in hopes of distracting them, as well are growing new plants for my front garden. This is a very practical process for me to try.
