Great machine for the money!
Great machine! Gets lots of use in our coffee trailer and works perfectly. Never an issue with it.

Not worth it!
It's not wise to purchase this machine. First of all it's a knock off of the Delonghi Specialista and it's more expensive with less bells and whistles. A two thousand dollar machine that doesn't come with a grinder is literally unheard of. But of course do what you want.

Service from the USA La Spaziale is terrible.
Great product but service is totally terrible. I honestly tried for 3 weeks to get a service answer and still no response. I called the LA Spaziale USA office at least 6 times and they always said they'll get back to me but never did. My simple question was, who services the LA Spaziale in my area.

Compact, Low-Profile, Easy to Use
I bought this machine as a first time "serious" coffee machine. I evaluated many machines, but ultimately picked this one because it's a serious machine with dual boilers, yet will operate efficiently on 15 amps. I also thought a taller machine would represent a challenge to my counter space. Boy, was I right about that! This machine is still quite large, but it tucks under my cabinets quite well, and still has room for cups on top. I've made some seriously good coffee with this machine and my Mazzer Mini E grinder.I ordered mine with the red ends, which are slightly pinkish and not as "red" as I'd hoped, but I think it looks sharp. I've seen this machine offered with wooden ends which are WAY expensive, but look fantastic. Being a woodworker, I may tackle making wooden ends for it at some point.I also ordered an optional pre-infusion chamber for it, which wets the coffee before the pump starts... supposedly causing the coffee to begin to release flavor sooner. It's about a 2-3 second period before the pump starts. The steam wand is first rate and does a really great job at Latte foam (looks like paint) or Cappucino foam (looks like whipped cream on top).So far, I'm very happy with this machine!

like a espresso machines this is not a Mr
Outstanding machine. Well worth the price. But, like a espresso machines this is not a Mr. Coffee to bet sat on a counter ad forgotten. It needs backlashing occasionally, puck cleaning, and as just about every review I read when making this purchase - look into a good grinder. Fresh grind, good espresso machine equals an excellent outcome.

Great under counter machine
First of all I bought mine used. It had been sitting in a barn and had gotten cold enough the gauge froze and needed replacing. I tore mine down and gave it a through going over. Mine has been working great for 4 years since then.Likes: refill from the front, mine sits under the counter. A lot of modern espresso machines fill from the top and need to be pulled out to refill. This one I just pull the huge drip tray out and then the reservoir pulls out from the front. At 60lb I don’t want to move it every time it needs filling.Relatively quick to heat. About 15 min using the 15amp setting. A lot of others can take 30 or more min to get up to temp.Double boiler, this is a big deal, being able to brew and steam at the same time is the only way to go. A lot of machines these days use a exchanger design which uses a lot more water flushing and getting the brew group to the right temp between shots, no big deal with a plumbed machine, but a pain if you need to fill it up all the time.Down sides: this uses a non standard size portafilter, there are polished brew baskets and nice tampers available, but they are harder to find. Not as much shiny metal, a lot of high end espresso machines use recirculating brew groups, lots of shiny metal, not sure i would be able to taste the difference though.
