Best overall for the price. Don't hesitate. I may buy another one.
This is the BEST wall-mount jewelry mirror/armoire I have found, and I've been shopping for a long while. I was unsuccessful at figuring out how to hang it over a door, but now that it is on my wall I am so pleased with it. I admit, it was disappointing that it can't go over the door, but I am so happy with the end result, I still gave it five stars. When I originally tried to make this work over the door, the instructions were unclear and only included diagrams which were confusing. It showed the hanging bars being affixed to the back of the mirror with the included screws, but it did not specify where on the back of the mirror the screws were supposed to go. When I tried to put the screws into the ready-made bracket/holes in the back, the holes were too large for the pictured screws, but then the wood in the back would have been far too thin to support the weight of the mirror, otherwise. I've assembled a lot of furniture, but these instructions could use improvement. If anyone has a photo of how they actually got this to hang over-the-door with good stability, using the included instructions, I'd love to see it. I gave up and moved to plan B, which I think is much more secure and safe, anyway.I was able to very quickly and easily make a template to hang this on the wall, myself, by placing the paper assembly instructions over the two holes in the back of the armoire and poking two matching holes in the paper. I then placed the paper up on the wall, assured it was level (I just eye-balled it, but you can use a level,) then I pounded the screws in slightly with a hammer because I was too lazy to get my drill, screwed them in the rest of the way, then unscrewed them, used my screwdriver to widen the holes, pounded the anchors in with a hammer, then re-inserted the screws into the anchors. I was then able to lift the mirror up to the two wall-mounted screws and it hung perfectly. It is a beautifully made, high quality piece for the money and fits a LOT of jewelry. I have quite a few necklaces and I was able to get most all of them in by doubling and tripling up. I may just purchase another to catch the overflow (and make room for more beautiful jewelry.)The smell some folks have described is a combination of real wood and anti-tarnish lining. I've owned a lot of jewelry storage pieces with this type of lining and that is how it smells. It means your jewelry is protected from tarnishing, so it's a good thing. I have had a difficult time finding an affordable armoire with the anti-tarnish protection, and this is the only one that has it. There is one on one of the home shopping channels, but it is out of stock and much more money, and then the other shopping channel has a cheesy over-the-door one that does not have the tarnish protection and costs about the same as this one. Plus this is the one that has the most necklace storage of all the ones I've shopped for. Others have had far too much earring storage (I have some earrings, but mostly necklaces.) I think the only two improvements I'd suggest would be to enhance the over-the-door hanger instructions and stability, and add a bracelet bar. Otherwise, this is a superior product compared to all of the others I've seen.

A lot of long hanging space
First, for all those who complain about how strong the magnet is, it is very simple to fix Attach a small piece of tape over the flat part the magnet attaches to. You’ll have to experiment with the size and placement because of the amount of weight you have added to door. This is a review on not only this product but also compare it to three other similar ones. The first is from the company Organizedlife. I like it due to the extra long hanging space for necklaces. The second is from LUXFURNI. It is a smaller one but I got it to put my makeup in and the size was easy to fit into available space. It has adjustable shelves and works great to hold my makeup. I removed the plastic bag and installed jewelry hooks on the strip instead. I use it to also hold my favorite jewelry that I wear regularly. The third is from SRIWATANA. It is a stained pine cabinet and is a lot lighter than the ones made from MDF. I love the metal earring and necklace hangers in this one. The others have a strip that is a little thick with little holes and slots and it is very difficult to put the post earrings in place. This one is a breeze to hang wire earrings. I wish all of them had this but it needs more room behind for post earrings. I did do some remodeling to fit my requirements. I added jewelry cloth, made more bracelet rods (most of these jewelry armoires you’re expected to choose between hanging necklaces or bracelets on the hooks. No separate area is provided. ) And I also put a clear coat on exterior to protect finish from use. It has just stain alone. The fourth is Giantex. If I had ordered this one first I doubt I would have ordered the Organizedlife or SRIWATANA. I still did a little remodeling. I removed the useless, IMO, plastic bag and installed more hooks. I love the full glass front, the higher shelf space and the larger size. The earrings have a metal bar that’s easy to hang wires. A lot better than trying to hit the little holes. It’s a good price for a lot of storage. The Giantex and LUXFURNI. are my favorites, depending on use and space available.

Love this!
I was looking for a jewelry box that would hold a lot of necklaces, but most have drawers or short sections for bracelets, etc. This one, however, is perfect. There are 5 sections with hooks and I'm able to hang all the necklaces I want, even the long ones. There's a section for earrings and a section for rings, that I actually use for small/stud earrings (just push the post straight in). This is a nice solid piece of furniture. It was packed nicely for shipping so arrived without damage. The mirror is good quality (not a cheap funhouse mirror!). It's a heavy piece, I used drywall/hollow door anchors and it seems to hold great. It is lined with black velvet inside, and the lock/key works like a charm. It's worth every penny and will keep my necklaces from tangling!

Great Organizer
Fits perfectly behind my closet door because I prefer it to be hidden and locked. It holds a lot of jewelry. It does not, however have a good place to put earrings that are on a post.

Worth the extra $$
This model is a little more expensive than the others but totally worth it. Well packaged. A breeze to install. I bought this exclusively for my necklaces and bracelets. I added more mini command hooks to the open spaces on the end of each row and used S hooks to convert the ring and earring areas to hold more necklaces and bracelets. I have it mounted on a tiny door and it fits just fine without feeling bulky.

Jewelry Armoire in wall improviisd
Came assembled. We are going to install it in a wall. Have not done it yet. It was pretty much what I wanted. Lots of room for jewelry The older version I have in another closet. It was more detailed with routing on the wood by the miror and it opened with hinges that allowed the door to move forward.. This one opens up with no movement meaning it will have to be mounted in the wall with some protrusion from the wall to accomodate opening the door.Other than that it iwill meet the purpose
