Funko POP! TV: Carmen Sandiego - Carmen Sandiego Collectible Figure, Multicolor

I really like this Carmen Sandiego figure I loved the television show back growing up and I had to get it.

I didn't grow up with the game show on PBS. I grew up with the video game on my Commodore 64. After all this time I'm still asking Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. Now I know. At least one of them sits on my desk in Pennsylvania.Seriously, I was thrilled when I saw they had released this as a Funko Pop figure. They did a great job on this one. I think anyone who has any experience with the books, game, or series, know right away who this is. At the same time, they did a good job giving her a little bit of mystery.The only tricky thing with her is that the hat is a bit heavy int he front so she sometimes falls over. A little double-sided tape at her feet fix this easily.

I really miss the days of receiving a Funko Pop from Amazon without random paint drips. If you don’t look too close, Carmen is fine. There is some yellow on her shoes where there shouldn’t be and there is some solid yellow spill on her red collar from the yellow ascot. I bought this same Funko last year and it was perfect. Otherwise, she's looking pretty fine.

Really accurate to the character and I like it a lot. One note: her hat is covering 3/4 of her face (which is accurate, I know) but if you’re gonna be displaying her on a lower shelf, from above you can’t see her face at all.

We used this as a Carmen sandiego cake topper. Perfection! She did stand up on her own but we liked the look of her flat better.

Well packaged in perfect condition, Carmen San Diego is a favorite of my daughters. A great addition!

Looks like a regular popfunk and really cute for OG fans of the show. Wish they had one with the darker hair but it's a great replica and at a competitive price to what they would sell online on the official website.

The figure is super cool and captures Carmen's cool and elusive demeanor. I just hate that it has some imperfections and the box was damaged when it came.
