If you're looking for a fluffy pillow, this isn't it. They are very heavy and dense. There is a hole in the middle for face or cheek. This works well for me. It does stay fairly cool and doesn't feel lumpy. Very good support. Better sleep for me with this one than others I've tried. There is a zipper on one side of you want to add or remove stuffing. I'm thinking of mixing the stuffing with some bouncier fiber for a little less density.

I am very picky when it comes to pillows, and have only found a few that work for me and this is one of them. For some reason no matter what pillow I try and no matter how cheap or expensive they are mine always go flat within a few days, but this one does not. I have had it since March 2020 and it’s still fluffy (I do have to manually fluff it up and flip the pillow over) to keep it fluffy but at least unlike other pillows it fluffs back into shape (that what is awesome about shredded memory foam). I also alternate it between 2 additional Pure Comfort pillows and another two Zoey memory foam pillows so they last longer. I like my pillows thick so I don’t remove any of the memory foam. The bonus is these do not have anything harmful in them. It’s a miracle I found a pillow that works for me (I don’t know anyone who has had as many issues with pillows going flat as I have. I used to go to Wal-mart and buy like 10 cheap pillows at a time because they would only last a few days each. When they finally stopped selling my pillows I went into a desperate search for a pillow and am so grateful I found this one. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be as long as they still sell these (omg please keep selling). 🙂

I just love this pillow. It came compressed but gained back its full shape after just a few hours. I find it convenient the fact that i can adjust the thickness to my liking but so far didn't need to. Also came in perfect condition and neatly packaged. If you ask me, it beats some of the best brands on the market as far as quality, guaranteed money back if not satisfied and extended years of warranty. I rather support small businesses if they can deliver the quality expected for the money. This wonderful seller was courteous and attentive sending me a follow up email to make sure everything is in order, furthermore, i was pleasantly surprised when they offered to send a complimentary pillow case to me. Now that's what i call being all about the customer's satisfaction. The one star on the "warmth" it is because this pillow actually keeps my head and neck cool and cozy keeping the cool temperature so no more of that dreaded sweating. I totally recommend this product.Update 12/15/2020--the promised pillow case never came. Hm...still love and recommend this pillow.

Finding the right pillow has everything to do with your sleeping preference. I am about 75% side sleeper vs 25% stomach sleeper. Side sleepers need the most support... stomach sleepers need the least support. Very difficult to find a pillow that works for this type of sleeper. Solid memory foam does NOT work if you sleep on your stomach. Shredded memory foam was better, but still tough on the neck while sleeping on your stomach... too much loft and firmness. Down material and synthetic fillers don't work well if you primarily sleep on your side... no loft. Very few people sleep in one position all night... who would want to! I removed about 4-5 handfuls of foam from this pillow which helped a lot. This made it perfect for side sleeping, but still for me... too much loft for stomach sleeping. This is a great pillow if you primarily sleep in one position and adjust the pillow for that position. The most difficult pillow to find is one that works for both a side sleeper and a stomach sleeper. BTW... great customer support with this company!!

Pillow was so cool, and I slept like a baby.

I needed a pillow that would help my sore neck issues and didn't get too warm and retain heat. I'm a truck driver so I'm constantly turning my head and checking my mirrors as well as bouncing up and down in my seat for up to 10-11 hours a day.This pillow isn't uncomfortable, but my other pillows are a little comfier, however they were not helping with my sore neck and I'd often wake up because I was sweating and they would feel way too warm.Ive had this pillow for a few months now. After about 2-3 weeks pf using it I began to not have the same level of neck pain. The only time I've had neck issues was when I quit using this pillow for more than a few days. It also is much slower at becoming too warm, and if it does get warm I flip it and it feels nice and cool.Use the instructions to change how "fluffy" it is and you'll love it.

I am absolutely thrilled to say that after much trial & error (we're pillow snobs, lol) I have finally found pillows that both my husband & I love! The company sent me extra fill & extras cases & upon receiving it yesterday, I watched the video & adjusted both my husband's & my pillow... we were both thrilled this morning, that we finally stayed cool & didn't need to constantly flip our pillows & our necks were not sore after sleeping. I am SO glad that I can truly say that my pillow search is over! Yayyy! I do recommend that you select queen size (unless you're wanting king size of course - which is also offered!) instead of standard...I would've selected queen had I paid attention, because the standard size seems a little shorter than I'm used to... but, it's not a big deal. With that being said - I love the high loft of this pillow & the fact that you can adjust it, if you prefer a moderate or low loft. Thanks Pure Comfort!!

I'd like to start off this review by saying if I was reviewing PureComfort, the company behind this pillow, this would be a 5* review without question. They thoroughly embrace the Amazon customer service ethos that the customer comes first. I was contacted to make sure the pillow was received ok, and supplied with additional fill with no questions asked.As for the pillow itself, it's very good. It comes well packaged, and moulds to required shape within an hour or so. Unlike many memory foam products, this pillow comes with minimal smell. The foam inside, which is adjustable if you want to add more/remove some, is new - unlike some of the mouldy old foam cutting horror stories you see with others.PureComfort also overfill the pillow to try to please everyone. Many will find they need to remove some fill to reach their ideal loft - but for myself - as someone who was used to two pillows - I found I wanted a little extra. (PureComfort kindly obliged when asked)The pillow is med-firm to firm in my opinion. Which I like. Nothing worse than a pillow that feels like an empty cushion!It comes with two parts - the inner case - which holds all the fill - and the outer. The outer feels of good quality. One side is really cool to the touch, and very pleasant at night. The other side is softer and for those who prefer a warmer feel. (Maybe as a winter side)Negatives. I'm afraid there are a couple - which I hope would be taken as constructive feedback. But also may help you make decision if choosing a pillow (I know there are a lot of choices out there!)Firstly - I find the way the memory foam "compacts" with usage quite frustrating. With a solid foam pillow, for example, the pillow will always eventually regain its shape. With shredded foam you find it tends to eventually clump together. I believe PureComfort advise you to "pull" the foam apart frequently (Like you do when first open) - but this is quite cumbersome - even worse than fluffing pillows every night!I also found that I was finding quite a lot of bobbling on the "cool" side of the cover. I'm not sure what was causing this - it could be hair gel, or perhaps friction caused by facial stubble - but it led to me putting a regular cover over the pillow - this loses the "cool" feel, which is a shame.I feel in summary 4*'s is fair. A deduction for some things which may be personal irritations, but I want to add as much detail to this review as possible, as I used a lot of reviews making my decision - and would like to return the favour. Also, PureComfort thoroughly deserve helpful feedback, for being an excellent, customer-focused company. I highly recommend you check them out.

This is a literally a custom-pillow - you can adjust this pillow to your own level of softness by removing some of the filling (in fact, the makers deliberately over-fill this pillow and encourage you to remove some). If you like a firm pillow don't remove any. If you like a medium pillow, remove some. If you like a very soft pillow like I do remove loads of the filling. The filling is hard to describe - like chopped up bits of foam. They give a YouTube video with guidance, but I'm not sure why they bother it is really simple: Just unzip both the inner and outer pillow case and pull some out. Zip it back up again and fluff it a bit.I like a very very soft pillow. I used to use Hungarian Goose Down pillows, but they always end up going flat after a few months of use. I decided to give PureComfort a try - with a 100 night trial its risk-free. I ended up removing a lot of filling, then after sleeping on it for a couple of nights I removed even more. Now I feel I've got the perfect pillow - just the right level of softness that I like. I can honestly say I've never slept so well as I have recently. I still fluff mine every night to put some air in among the bits of foam and then sink in for a great night sleep.

My partner finally convinced me that I had to move on from my much-loved memory foam pillow which - she claimed - was starting to whiff a little (only, she didn't use the word, "little").Giving-up my beloved pillow - with holes drilled into the memory foam for increased 'give' and for cooling - was a decision I didn't make lightly. After much research, I elected to buy the PureComfort pillow despite numerous cheaper offerings being easily found on Amazon.I chose the PureComfort pillow for the quality of the memory foam and the cooling effect of the gel-infusion of the same, plus the (surely extravangant) claims of the pillowcase being cool on one side and warm on the other.Lo and behold, the claims were justified and after some plucking and fluffing the pillow (do watch the video, you can also change the support given in different areas with a bit of kneading) can only be described as superbly supportive and extremely comfortable. The pillowcase is borderline magical; I love the cool side but my partner finds it bizarrely cold and prefers the warm side. Truly, this is a pillow for all!The support from PureComfort is superb and the product is genuinely excellent. PureComfort are kindly providing me with a free second pillowcase (though I shall also be purchasing a couple of silk pillowcases for that truly Chinese emperor glow in the morning) and I have invested in their full-body pillow as well. If the latter is as good as their head pillow, I might never get out of bed again!

My husband asked for a 'decent pillow' for his birthday, so I decided I'd research and get a really good one. I was shocked at the price you have to pay to get a really good pillow, but was determined to fulfill his birthday wish! I tried a top brand pillow in a bed shop, but the £70 price tag had me searching for better value. I came across this pillow and although I was concerned about buying online, I took advantage of the guarantee thinking we'd try it and send it back if necessary. They even offer to arrange collection for you so you don't have to worry about packing it back up.When it arrived, it was squashed into a box and again, I was concerned. However, a few hours out of the box and it looked more like a pillow. A bit of fluffing up as described on their website and the pillow looked the business. My husband tried it out for a few nights before declaring that it was the most comfy pillow he's ever had.Lovely company to deal with, excellent customer service, happy customer! Thank you 😊

great pillow, the amount of foam was more than generous!takes a little time and effort to break up the foam in the pillow after unpacking, and then gradually remove it to get your preferred size, but it is well worth it as the pillow is so comfy!they offered me a spare pillow case for free to go with it, but as they found they had run out after offering it, they sent me a free pillow instead!!They customers service cannot be topped, friendly and polite and a pleasure to do business withBetween the overly generous filling quantities and the free pillow, i was able to find another pillow case elsewhere and use the excess filling to make a third pillowSo polite and helpful at first i was suspicious it was some kind of scam :'DTurn out the company is just as amazing as their pillowsi like giving balanced reviews, and so try to find negatives to put in as well, but in this instance i really cant think of any :O
