Easy to take capsules and doesn’t constipate you! Love this product
Within a few days I started feeling better. I have low iron and which makes me fatigued, cold, and constantly eat ice. I picked these because it’s a small capsule. I take 2 a day in the am on an empty stomach. Don’t mix with magnesium. I take the 2 supplements 3 hours apart before or after I take magnesium. Great for gut health and they won’t constipate you. I love this product and it works. My iron is almost where it needs to be. Stay consistent

Taken for maintenance
I just took them as a preventative measure. So, i do not know their efficacy for someone with actual low iron levels. They were easy to take and swallow.

Wonderful prenatal iron
Wonderful iron supplement! It helped me raise my ferritin from 17 to 38 by my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. I find it much more tolerable that most iron supplements, even other iron bigycinate. It hasn’t been constipating me and no G I disruption. Beautiful product !
