I had hurt my back and was suffering from excruciating sciatic pain shooting from my lower back to my ankle and so glad I made this purchase!I couldn’t stand up straight and the pain was nonstop! I kept moving the tens pads around and instantly found relief! At first it just made the pain more tolerable but within a week the pain had subsided enough to just use it occasionally when I wasn’t icing the area. This is great for temporary relief of any muscle pain. If I come home from a rough day, it helps me relax. I had surgery on my shoulder back in April and still recovering. This has helped with those bad days relieve some tension from the muscles.It is also great to relieve that lower back pain during those painful menstrual cycles. Definitely a great investment!
