So I didn't really think anything of this screen protector until this weekend. I must've sat on my tablet or something.Let me paint this picture...the frame (gray backing) was bent slightly, the screen was cracked. The tablet still worked. I called up Asurion and tried to do the insurance. Long story short, they wanted to replace it with a FAR inferior tablet (4core vs this 6, 2gb RAM vs this 3, 2 less inches on the screen and a third of the resolution available from this Zenpad. Yeah, thats not happening.) So because of that I started investigating into my Zenpad...I was running my fingers over the crack, and I could feel the crack...thats weird - I have a screen protector. I used my nail. I could feel the crack....Is the crack just on the screen protector? It was.Now this is where the review starts...I believe had it not been for this screen protector, my screen would've bent like the frame, but instead it cracked and kept the screen intact. So I took the screen off, and took some different sized books and slowly worked the frame until it was straight (or as straight as I'm going to get it).This pack comes in a pack of 2. Luckily. I just put the second screen on there...and I'm back to scrolling like normal with my tablet.Installation was a breeze, taking the old protector off was a bit of a pain (I cracked the first one QUITE a bit trying to get it off). But hopefully you'll never have to uninstall this and put the second one on, but if you do then you have a second one. Just make sure you get all the dust off first.TL;DR - 10/10 would buy again.

The packaging on this product seemed very sturdy and high quality. Like opening a hardback book. Unfortunately, the glass itself did not seem as high quality. First, unlike other screen protectors I've used, this only came with one side of protective film, but it's nice having fun on both sides with lable 1 and lable 2 to indicate which side to peel off first.Secondly, there was no squeegee provided for pushing out remaining air bubbles. Again, no biggie since it's just as easy to use the dust cloth and pressure from my fingers to push out any air trapped which usually are very few.Thirdly, the sticky side of the glass was not as sticky as others I have applied. The edges seemed to have several spots where it just would not adhere to the screen. Even pushing and holding down would not help since as soon as you released the pressure, the edges would come back up. I have applied several different screen protectors over the years to both phones and tablets and consider myself expert in doing so. I know I did not touch any edges when applying this glass. I am not sure it will protect my tablet so will try the applying second screen protector provided but feel ripped off. Very disappointed.

This is the third time I have bought from this exact vendor and they have changed the sizing and hole placements for buttons and camera. Did not fit tablet

Easy to install. Stylus works wonderfully on new screen easy to clean.

screen protector(s) did not go on without forming an air bubble and by the time u got the air bubbles out it didnt want to stick. And it was done by someone at the verizon location.... wound up just throwing those away and purchasing one at Verizon. hense why i was dipleased with this product. However the carrier of the company had contacted me after my review and had offer to resend it free of charge or a refund and we handled the problem

Easy to apply, fits ok, could have been just a wee bit bigger to fit the screen. No air bubbles, installed in less than a minute. So far so good.

A good lasting item as I abuse my tablet and it still is holding up !
