No it isn't re-fillable. I found it brilliant for sticking up 2 small shelves in my shed - they are still there and 'working'. Q: Will this work to fix a single ceramic art tile on a dry wall?

I would of thought it would fix the tile on the wall. I used it to put small shelves up & they’re still up!

Q: can I hang coat hanger (weighs 6kgs) to the wall with this? with coats, the weight would likely go upto 10/15 kgs, would it be able to bear the weight

I used this to stick up metal shower caddy, I glued the suction pads, cant bear waiting for them to fall down lol. I decided to buy another one and had to change the position of first one. I used a hammer and screw driver to prise it off the wall then a window scraper to clean tiles. I then restuck them. Brilliant stuff I can cram as many shampoos etc of any weight and I know the caddy will be up to it. So it depends what surface you are talking about. On tiles it is fine
