Orthofeet Nira sneaker - good fit, great comfort
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought these for my wife after she had recovered from a broken bone in her foot. I have several pair of Orthofeet shoes as I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet. My wife loves their fit (wears hers with the supplied additional arch support), the slip-on feature works great, says they are very comfortable and has quickly found these to be her favorite footwear. This is her 2d pair. We appreciate that the insoles are replaceable.

My feet are so thankful
These shoes are a blessing. I have neuropathy and they are both comfortable and supportive. I am going to order another pair. Slip on don’t have to bend to tie and have gotten compliments on the styling. So thankful I tried them on Amazon as I can use gift cards and points to help with the cost.

Definitely approve
Love these i suffer from achilles tendonitis, I'm flat footed, and work in a warehouse where I walked all day moving around and once broken in definitely helps me a lot with the support I need. I'm not in as much painnand has cut down my swelling some, worth the price, and size was perfect

Arch support lacking on a good looking shoe
Great looking show however the arch insert wasn't enough for me.

Shoe does not fit accurate size need a size small smaller
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Definitely have to buy a half size smaller I bought a seven and they’re too big and I miss my return time so now I’m stuck with a super expensive pair of shoes that I can’t wear

I I have a hard time with shoes because my feet are wide, and I have bunions on my toes, but these ortho sneakers are fantastic

Unlike some of Orthofeet's other runners, these were short on me and hurt quite a lot!
These running shoes (sneakers) did not fit me well at all. I usually wear the Orthofeet Kita's which fit me fine. This style was too short on me and they weren't wide enough for my Hammer toes. I can understand them not being round enough in the toes but can't imagine why they were too short. I have Hammer toes, Arthritis and mild Plantar Fasciitis and the Kita is the only shoe that has given me some relief. I had hoped these would work out because they were available in navy most companies don't offer navy runners, especially Orthofeet. These might work out for others because they appeared to be well-made, but I can't attest to how good they are for running or long-range walking. I do wish Orthofeet made shoes that could be washed on gentle and air-dried since I don't want to throw out perfectly good shoes that get stained or look old. After having tried more shoes than I can count, however, they are worth it for me. They are lightweight and I can walk further in them, with some comfort ,before developing pain
