OK so these things are never going to be comfy to sleep in, let's face it! I didn't manage to sleep for long with this as I would wake up after an hour or so and take it off (I'm a very heavy sleeper!)But I put it on for as long as possible everyday, when I was just sitting on the sofa ect. I used the ball that came with it too, this feels really good actually and gets out the tension in my feet.I had 2 injections in my foot while using this and also used cushions in my shoes. Its taken a good few months but my foot is feeling much better now. Hopefully no more issues!This split was pretty comfortable and gives good tension on the plantar fascia, easy to use and takes no time at all to put on. Definitely give it a try if your suffering, it might be enough on its own but do see GP if your still in pain

Not fully adjustable for my needs. Velcro strap is on limit before I would like it to be. Excellent product apart from this though.

Where do I start, complicated to fit, uncomfortable, no way I could sleep wearing it.

...by being more painful than tendinitis!Basically for my size 12 feet this just doesn't fit comfortably. It's fine for an hour or so, long enough to drift off... But after that it gave me an early alarm at 2 am with throbbing pain in my ankle and cut off circulation in my toes. I can't recommend it at all. I've tried adjusting the straps, but to no avail. They just seem to be in the wrong place for my foot and the curve of the splint pushes into the top of my foot. Basically it's a total fail.

i have had plantar f. after suffering a back injury. Its all connected....i started using the night splint and after a few nights found that it does not need to be too tight to work. its main use is just to keep the foot at right angles. its not a "splint" to stop all movement.Also the ball it comes with is useful. I have it under my desk and use it to roll the bottom of my foot and stretch against as well.this is worth a try, as well as stretches and foot supports.

Worked well at night did not fall off and served its purpose by imobilising my foot. Once I started using the device I no longer woke up in pain. My only issue was that it only came in one size and it was a bit big so it took a bit of effort to strap it in position to get as little movement as possible. I would recommend this product but naturally the problem will not be fully resolved by using this item alone.

Got rid of my Plantar Faciatis! Genuinely suprised by how quickly it cured it.

Keeps foot in dorsiflexion angle which can help with recovery. Comfortable to sleep with as well.

Tengo pies planos y, para rizar el rizo, hiperlaxitud articular. Además mi trabajo me requiere estar muchas veces bastante tiempo de pie e inmóvil, lo que ha derivado a pasarlo realmente mal a la hora de ir a la cama por el dolor y la tensión de mis pobres pies, especialmente el derecho. Compré esta férula de descarga para probar y me está aliviando muchísimo. La mía venía con dos pelotas rígidas con pinchos, una tamaño pelota de padel y la otra un poquito más grande. Tengo pendiente hacer una visita a mi fisioterapeuta para que me enseñe a usarlas de forma correcta.De momento estoy muy contenta con el producto y compraré otra para el otro pie. Creo que es un salvavidas que hace el tándem perfecto con unas plantillas adecuadas

It's easy to put on (velcro) an can be adjusted in terms of toe width and amount of stretch. I do, however, feel that it gets a bit uncomfortable at the back of the leg - I sometimes see pressure marks that only disappear after an hour or so after I took it off. It would probably help if the part that wraps around the calf would be a bit wider/ reach higher up the calf, so that not all of the pressure is at the lower part above the ankle.

J'ai acheté cet appareil pour soigner une tendinite achilléenne, il maintient le pied en position et permet de tendre le tendon. Très pratique et confortable malgré ma grande pointure (46); il est possible de dormir avec. Bref, je ne sais pas s'il va finir par soulager ma tendinite mais c'est un appareil de qualité.
