Three speed gears are available: 5mph-11mph-28mph (7km/h-17km/h-45km/h). If you are a beginner, you can limit the top speed to 5mph (7km/h) ), gradually move up the gears as your skills grow.

Q: How far can you ride per full charge?

The 4000mah high-energy lithium battery can provide 16 miles(25KM) of battery life after each full charge, but please note that the actual battery life will be affected by temperature, road conditions and the user's weight.

Q: What is the load capacity and can children ride it?

The maximum weight capacity is 300 pounds (136KG), and the recommended age is 8+ years old. Please wear a helmet and protective gear when riding, and abide by local traffic regulations.

Q: What should I do if the board won't turn on or fails to charge?

This is the most common fault with all E-skateboards, mainly because the battery has been damaged due to not being charged for a long time. But don't worry, please let us know and we will send you a new battery for free to solve the problem.

Q: How do I return the skateboard if I don't need it anymore?
