I wanted a cord clamp for tethered shooting, but every cord clamp I see on the market is expensive. Except this one. I thought I might regret it, cause, you know the old saying, you get what you pay for. But this little clamp does what I need and it gives me no headaches. It's a simple solution at a decent price.Compact, solid, easy to install. Does what you need a cord clamp to do. I was satisfied enough I bought another one when I got a second camera.

Great product, sturdy , fits like a glove , the friction pads holds in place tight and no twisting.

The quick release plate works great. It locks in securely, holds the cable in place, and makes swapping or removing cables way easier during a shoot. Build quality feels solid, and it does exactly what it’s meant to do.The only thing I wish it had was a built-in spot to store the hex key or a flathead. You need one to tighten or adjust it, and it’s easy to misplace when you're on set or moving fast. Even a small slot or magnetic holder built into the plate would’ve made a big difference.Other than that, no complaints. It’s a useful tool that makes cable management a lot cleaner.

So many other plates looked cool, but the didn't look very stable when mounted to a trippd due to their size. This one is just right.
