Good value and tasty
This is a massive 4kg tub of protein powder and for the price of £40 it’s really good value and will last for a long time. The cookies and cream flavour is really pleasant, quite close in flavour to what I was expecting and tastes great in shakes. If you add it to water/milk as per the instructions it blends in pretty well and is quite smooth. I tend to use protein powder mixed in yoghurt for breakfasts and found this powder to be clumpier and taste powdery when used in this way, so wouldn’t recommend it for that. My normal powder mixes in much smoother. However for shakes and pre or post workouts it’s great. I personally prefer to mix flavours up for variety, so the huge size of this not only takes up a bit of room in the cupboard, but will take an age to get through!!

Will Last Quite A While
I'm thrilled with this protein powder. It comes in a large 4kg tub, and at £45, it's excellent value for money. I think it will become my go-to protein in the future. The Serious Shredz Diet Whey Protein Powder by The Bulk Protein Company is a good option for anyone looking to support lean muscle growth while managing weight. The vanilla flavour is smooth without being overly sweet and doesn't have an artificial aftertaste. It mixes easily in water and milk, leaving no clumps, providing a smooth shake every timeI've tried various brands before finding my favourite. When I came across this brand I hadn't seen before, I ordered a selection of flavours to give it a thorough test. I'm glad I did! It's not only a great base for smoothies, but it's also enjoyable on its own. It mixes well with water and milk, resulting in a super smooth consistency. As a diet blend, it's low in carbs, with just 10g for a double scoop, delivering 40g of protein, and includes L-Carnitine and green tea for a metabolic boostThis protein powder also includes L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and green tea extract, which help with fat metabolism. With its low-calorie, high-protein content, it's ideal for those looking to cut down while maintaining lean muscle. After using it for a couple of weeks, I've noticed better recovery times after workouts and a slight boost in energy

Great tasting protein!
I use protein supplements regularly, and I'm usually quite fussy with my powders, having tried loads over the years I've been reluctant to try unknown brands, but when this one came up to review I was intrigued as I'd not seen the brand before, so I ordered three different flavours to give it a proper test.I'm really glad I did! This one was the 'Cooies and Cream' flavour, which I think is my favourite of those I've tried. It mixes really well, I've made shakes with both water and almond milk, and added into a bowl of plain greek yoghurt. In each case it mixed easily and came out with a super smooth consistency. As a 'diet' blen, I like that even with a double-scoop in a shake I'm getting 40g protein for just 10g carbs, and with the addition of the L-Carnitine and Green tea for that little metabolic boost too.I'm really happy I tried this one. As it comes in a huge 4kg tub for just £45 this is excellent value for money and I think this will become my go-to protein in the future :-)Definitely recommended!-------------------------------------------------------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Amazon Vine program, however I only order and review items I intend to use and always review objectively and honestly. If I don't like it, I'll say so!My ratings:★★★★★ = Outstanding: Top quality/value for money 100% recommended!★★★★ = Good product, recommended.★★★ = Reasonable/expected quality, no major issues.★★ = Poor quality, not good value for money in my opinion.★ = Very poor, not worth the money, avoid!-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reasonable diet protein powder, but not really whey
It's worth pointing out that the primary ingredient is soy despite the product being marketed as 'diet whey protein powder' which is a bit misleading. There is whey in it, but it's the fifth ingredient and as such is likely to make up a low percentage of the overall product. It only provides 65g of protein per 100g which is definitely on the low side for soy protein powders that usually hover around 80-85g per 100g. Despite it being a 'diet' product, the overall total calories is only about 10-15% below other soy proteins, however, this is made up of more carbs than protein which usually isn't a good sign. That said, the flavour of cookies & cream is good, the texture isn't gritty as it mixes well with water or milk, and it seems to go down nicely with no digestive issues. Based on that and the fact the price is average, it's worthy of 3 stars, however, I can't see why you'd specifically buy this over other powders given the low protein content. If you're looking for whey protein – look at the main sites and stock up when there are offers that drop below £10/kg. If you're looking for soy protein, you have the choice of a lot of powders at under £10/kg, so focus on ones that provide the highest quantity of protein for the cost.

Good Amount of Quality Protein
My instructor at the gym told me that for some of the high intensity classes I do, Protein powder could be a good idea to have pre-workout, so that is what I intend to do.This looks like very good value at the moment as it is £38.22 for 4 kg of the powder. It contains L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, and Green Tea extract, it is also ultra low in carbs, so less risk of unwanted sugars.I haven't had a chance to test the flavour yet as my classes aren't due until next week now. but it looks easy enough to prepare, and it has as best before date of September 2027 which should more than suffice.
