I love this, I got it maybe more than a week ago and already im in love. Its so easy and efficient. I love the fact that you can put the settings on auto and you dont have to press the button 100 times. It already made one of my bigger acne scars look smaller than what it was and I cant wait to see how much better it'll get the more I use it. It's cool too the touch yet powerful. Very worth it!!

For this price, I don't know about you, but I'm expecting miracles! Lol. I honestly feel like my good quality red light masks have done more for my skin then what I noticed from using this over a short period of time consistently. Also, I don't find myself reaching for this very often because it is a lot more cumbersome than some of my other gadgets, especially my masks. I can't speak to it's s long-term use because it's not something I want to reach for as often as I probably would need to see major results. I would definitely recommend this to someone with a lot of time on their hands or someone who would use it in a salon for clients. This is definitely an investment gadget.

I received what appeared to be an open box or used item. The protective wrap looked like it had been taken off previously or not put on correctly on the device and the box. It appeared in good shape, but I feel it was at least a returned item but was listed as new. I contacted the seller about this and never heard back.I have only been using the device for about a week so I can’t speak to long term results yet. It is comfortable to use and the cooling tip works. I haven’t experienced any irritation during or after use. It’s quick to use. My face takes about 3 minutes to treat. I use the glasses that came with it but also close my eyes when I push the flash button. The directions aren’t the most clear as far as using the different modes and the frequency - for example should I use only one mode each time or can I use multiple for the different issues. I also sometimes accidentally push the button to change the mode instead of the flash button because it’s very sensitive and in the same position just on the opposite side of the device.My main concerns are redness (flushing and broken capillaries) and some dark spots. I have light skin tone with dry and sensitive skin. I will update after longer use but I’m removing stars for the apparent condition of the product and lack of response from the seller.

Did not work at all

This luxury at-home skincare device is one of my favorite finds of the year. Since ordering, I have been looking into other JOVS products and reading the testimonials from many happy users. In fact, I reached out to the company directly to see if they work with estheticians because my clients ask me for product recommendations often and I would love to put them on JOVS' quality products. Anyway, this device is easy to use but you must be careful and follow all instructions as directed. I don't get to use the device as often as I'd like because as an esthetician, I do peels on myself, use retinol, and do microneedling--all which I need to pause to be able to use this product as directed. I did use it multiple times within one week and it helped to restore my skin texture after testing out a PDRN serum left me with a skin flareup. The light that emits from this device is bright so I make sure to have my goggles on at all times during use. If someone else is in the room with you, have them look away so their eyes are not affected by the light. I'm so glad this technology is available for use at home. This is the real deal here! I'd love to try more of JOVS products, for sure.

I’ve been using this LED light therapy skincare device for a few weeks, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The three modes, red, blue, and brightening, offer targeted treatment for various skin concerns. The ice-cooling feature is a nice touch, helping to soothe the skin after each session. It's lightweight and easy to handle, making at-home treatments convenient.

Seems to have improved the look of my skin after using it for some time. Not too difficult to set up and get going with.
