Easy to take, good price

Easy to swallow, but give me 3 months to see the results.

I was taking my regular 3 pills per day with food, and after about 2+ months, I started getting horrible headaches about 20 times a day for 1 or 2 minutes. It was horrible to get these headaches and I didn't see any hair growth.I stopped these for 1 day and the headache frequency has already gone down. Hopefully completely gone in another day or two. I will update if they continue and remove this review if that was not the cause.

Used for 4 months. It made my scalp itch like I had fleas!!! My shedding did not stop so I just stopped using it and went with viviscals scalp health vitamin and a multi. I dont know if that will work but my scall doesnt itch anymore.
