Q: Can it be cut to size better with a scissor or other cutting tool?

I dont know about sizing it because it has a piece of metal in it that is exposed when you cut it but i trimed a triangle out of one of mine to better fit the angle of my board with some wire cutters

No but if your planning on taking it off and on alot it might. I ride alot and had mine for awhile and shows no sign of falling off and really does protect the edges of your board .

Q: Can i install this on my Lou board?

the lou seems a bit thicker than my board but i think it would probably work. i put them on a moonshine mfg county line board and they have probably saved the board a number of times already. if you can compare the thickness of your board to say a regular 7-9 ply board you will have a better answer.

Q: Can you cover sides too if you get several? Like if I wanted to protect my meepo v4s allthe way around so helps prevent possible delam from wet ridin

Hard to say. It’s designed more for impact protection more than water proofing.
