Great product for trapezoid windows on high ceiling.
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE these blinds! I had a hard time finding motorized trapezoid shaped blinds that were reasonably priced. They needed some adjustments after installation, but not too bad. My adult son helped put them up. 12 foot peak ceiling. Very, very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t paid or given free product .
The media could not be loaded. In general and so far, the product is great for the cost. There are very few alternatives. I’ll let the video speak for itself. I needed support to get the blinds aligned. They were responsive but not much help. I ended up figuring it out. Just know, there is a way. Installation is easy but one of mine was 1/8 too long. I had to improvise. I’d lean on the shorter end when measuring.

A bit of work with a lot of tech support (Good!)
The blinds is certainly unique and requires a bit of patience to install. We had issues with connectivity with the remote however the customer support from Yoolax was the best! I think they are in China so email back and forth may take a little (don't expect instant reply). But if you take your time explain the problem, they will take the time to respond in timely manner.
