we like the caramel better than cookies and cream but both are good. the chocolate on the outside is good too

Great flavor. High in sugar.
One of the best tasting bars on the market and relatively high in protein. But realized after the fact that it was much higher in sugar than what I thought I had read when I bought it - I'm sure that was my mistake. Still, it's great and I still eat them on occasion and my kids love them.
