We've a large tent and some of the zips just became useless. I didn't know what I would do. I came across these and on the next trip it took us 5 minutes and they worked very easily and fixed it perfect. I've spare ones in the tent bag now.

Tried everything to make this work. Can't see how this works unless you have the free end where the zip starts not both ends sewn in.

A practical and affordable solution to a common problem. Tried one for the cover of a rabbit’s hutch. One zip had split and it was winter. To reattach a new zip would be very expensive and difficult. This is not easy to fit, especially on a closed zip where you have to connect both sides. But I am visually impaired and still managed to do it, so it is possible. I am so pleased with the result. Thanks for your solution. Highly recommended.

Easy to fit and saves buying a new pair of boots. One point is the illustration shows it as being metal BUT the actual product is plastic.

Bought to try to save my plastic zippered work trousers when the cheap plastic slider broke. Works brilliantly, good instructions plus excellent 'how to' video on YouTube. Easy to fit, fully tightened job done. Full metal build and comes with everything needed. I did measure the zip width prior to purchase to ensure I had the correct size. Bit expensive but when these trousers wear out I'll remove it for future use.

I liked the idea of this product but it wasn't really robust enough for my golf bag. I ended up buying a replacement zip and stitching that onto the existing (broken) zip. Not for me.

Installed in a minute and worked beautifully. I pre-read the sizing guidelines before ordering using calipers to measure width required......mine was a medium. I watched the video and installed the zipper with minor fiddling and it worked immediately. Ordered it on Amazon, arrived the next day. A bit pricey, but saved a lot of money as the item I was fixing would have been garbage without a repair solution. Very happy with the result.

Not great for golf bag

El diseño que elegí comprar quedaba perfecto para mí chaqueta... sin encargó llegó algo completamente diferente y honestamente no me gusto.... la lengüeta de plástico negro se ve muy mal.... no la utilicé... Fuera del disgusto de que no llego el diseño que yo había elegido funcionó muy bien, es de fácil aplicación.

I have a long Columbia jacket - the zipper broke and I thought that was it. Fortunately, I stumbled across this zip replacement! I'm too broke for a tailor, so this was the perfect solution. It's very easy to install and works great!My only frustration with it is that it catches on the zipper track of my jacket where there's a missing tooth. This means I have to detach and reattach it sometimes when I try to do up my zipper.That said, I would still recommend this product!
