The storage space is awesome I’m in love with this bag and the three way wheels are wonderful
This bag had saved my life before buying this rolling bag my left shoulder was always hurting and swelling up due to carrying my work bag, now I’m pain free and I love it!!!!

Love the style
Likes the style and how it looks. Its build quality is good for my items for university. Its size is like my previous one and the value is good if it’s on sale. Just everyone to know that you have to set up the wheels with the bar. It has nails in it to be removed in order to place the bar and then put the nails again secure the bar to hold

Cheaply made and not sturdy
These cheap rolling backpacks need reinforcing with better hardware if you want them to last all year! I had hopes for this backpack…we brought a similar one last year that seemed to hold up better than this one so far! Only within the 1st of school, it had already been falling apart. When pulling it, (if you have a full water bottle in one of the side pockets for that), the backpack flips to that side, and my kid gets frustrated that it constantly does that. Due to the flipping, there’s already holes in the material from rubbing on the ground when this happens. We also noticed that the lower connecting straps that connect to the bottom of the base, continually come off due to the gap in the middle of the plastic where you insert the straps; So that has to constantly be fixed until I can do something about it stop it.I do like that it has lots of space and pockets, but it seems very cheap and light weight (which is good for a kid, but not eight to keep it level in the ground).Don’t think I will buy another one next year.

Does not stand when kept and keeps falling off
I got the two wheels black one for my son and he was so excited to take it to first day of school but it was short lived and he was in tears, this won’t stand on its own and keeps falling off inspite of sufficient amount of items inside the bag, if I could exchange it for the 6 wheels one, hoping that won’t fall off I would appreciate it or get a refund as I am not able to return it through Amazon, I got it a month before and my son used it only a month after when he school reopened so I lost the return window. Kindly look in to it. Thank you!

Lightweight-Frame removable
This is gonna work. My wife will use it for travel on airlines. She packs the things she doesn’t want to get lost. The retractable handle is long enough for a tall person to use. Lots of easily accessible pockets. The rolling frame is easily removed to turn it into a day pack which is nice.Cons (IMHO):Bag not durable enough for everyday school books. Would probably wear out mid year.Rolling frame attachment needs a bit of beefing up. It attaches at the bottom of the pack with a snap lock on each side which is connected to the bag by a fabric loop

Works great
Got this for my daughter. She's getting chemotherapy for metastatic bone cancer in the shoulder and likes to go to school when she can. Carrying a backpack normally isn't the best option. We used it on her Make A Wish trip to and it fit as her carry on. The 3 wheels make it super easy for stairs and it's removable so she can use the backpack normally as well. I priced just the wheels separately and the $3 difference wasn't worth it. This is a great product.

Broke after TWO uses, clunky snd awkward
I do not recommend purchasing this product. As soon as we opened it, I could tell the material was cheap but my daughter was really excited for her new backpack so I let her keep it. We literally had to install the rolling plate with a screwdriver so beware that it takes some effort to put together. The wheeled platform that you install is too thin in comparison with the weight and width of the backpack part and flips up and rolls over as she tries to walk. She’s 9 and has had a rolling backpack the past two years so it’s not a user error. Walking into school on her very first day, the backpack twisted behind her as she pulled it and it tore a hole in the side pocket underneath her water bottle. Customer service was really kind in reaching out and providing a refund.
