The board is amazing. The charger charges very quickly. Everything about the purchase was great. The output port on the charger broke under only 2 days of plugging it in. I'm not a rough person. I'm very gentle. The internal circuitry isn't stable enough to handle that heavy of a cord being plugged in. I recommend immediately opening the charger and re-inforcing it with some type of epoxy or glue. The charging outpost is VERY FRAGILE. Only complaint I have.

Let me start with this, I have never ridden a skateboard in my life before I picked this up. I was almost turned away by some of the reviews but I decided to go for it any way. Let me tell you... I am 100% glad I got this. Yes, it is very powerful. In fact, if you are on mode 4 and go instant full throttle (which I do not recommend), The board will launch out form under you while you still stay stationary.As long as you start slow and work you way up as you become more confident, you will be just fine. The only issue I have with the board is around 22-25mph, the board starts to get a slight death wobble. If this happens, make sure you make small corrections gradually reducing the speed and do not overreact. I am sure there are some adjustments/modifications I can make to fix this but I want to become a bit more familiar with the board first.I have only had this board 4 days so far and I have put 59 miles on it. As long as you realize that this board does have enough power to throw you off of it and you treat it with respect, you will have an absolute blast. It does great both on road and off road with the big wheels. I only inflated my to 30lbs to give it a softer ride and its working out great!

UPDATE 9/23Known stability issue with these trucks and bushings. Research YouTube and Reddit. I have tried resolving with seller. They claim no issue and it was my ability at fault. I’ve had conversations with several members of the subreddit for esk8ting who have had traumatic crashes at just over 25 mph. Dual kingpin trucks are no good for this much speed. This board can and will hurt you!! I’m out 1300$ because my board was destroyed I wrecked so hard. Company denies any issue. I am trying to work with other victims (9 so far) to force redesign or the product being pulled. Be careful and do your research, I am not a scorn customer wanting money, this wreck was truly traumatic for me. READ REDDIT POSTS AND WATCH UNPAID YOUTUBE REVIEWS.I think this board is for serious exp riders. Wear protective gear. If I didn’t have a helmet on I think I may have not made it. Adjust the board!!! The trucks were tightened by me but I still hit a speed wobble at 28 mph. I don’t know if mine is defective or what but sharing with you my ambulance ride and injury. I also have road rash on 40% of my body. Don’t buy this board if you haven’t ridden a less powerful board for at least 2 years. I’ve been riding for 15, 4 on an e board and this still happened. Dual king pin trucks on a board this fast is irresponsible in my opinion. I have 4 boards that all run top speeds from 15 to 25 they are single pin trucks. I know I am not the only person who’s has said this. Please fix this for the safety of the people who buy it.

The feel of this thing is amazing. It carves smoothly forever. You get the forever ride.4 speeds. I ride on 3 almost always. There is a few big hills around and bumping it up to 4 for the climb back up is awesome. Lots of power even for the big heavy guy. It flexes but not much. If your half my weight it's gonna be a q solid brick under ya.Runging the dogs with this thing is perfect. The dogs get tired long b4 the board is done. Your dogs will avg about 8 to 10 mph. Bursts up to 15mph tired walk of 5mph. However the slower speeds with the dog does zap the range down to about 12 to 15miles. I would not doubt for a second I could get 30 miles out of this board if you could comfortably travel 25mph, not have stop ever and rarely having to accelerate at all. I live in a city so I do need to slow and accelerate alot so my range is closer to 25 miles.Had this for few weeks it's holding up good so far. Put almost 100 miles on it. We will see how it continues to hold up.I really like the controller showing my my speed odometer range ect. Lots of info in your hand.Now the bad.When I ordered it. Itwas a 2 week wait. It didn't come show up contacted customer service to order another another. 2 more weeks but I got it. I didn't mind the wait because we had snow on the ground at the time.This thing is kinda heavy. Does feel good under my feet as I'm pretty heavy myself, but the board without me, on is own is still heavy. Sometimes hard to manage when going in and out of some places.When I bought mine it had a deal where I buy the board on sale it came with an item. I picked the meepo 105mm street wheels. Awesome wheeles BTW. But it did not say I'd need the pullys, belts, and covers. I did buy that stuff from meepo. A 2 week wait again. Totally worth it as im diging the 105s but.The box I got had no spare belts so pick some up. Good to have.All said and done I love this thing so far. I definitely gonna put miles on it. I think the carbon fiber version would have been sweet. Amazon didn't have it for sale when I bought mine but if prices were close I think I'd have considered it.

This board is amazing. I have never ridden a long board before and I'm impressed with speed mode 2. I went off roading with it for the first time and this board doesn't quit. I'm a bit on the heavier side (210) and the hurricane had no problem pushing me up hill all day! Even over rather steep gravelly paths the hurricane just keeps going. If you are new like me, please take the time to adjust in a slower mode. I'm confident on the board now, but if you don't know what you're doing then this board WILL get away from you. 10 stars, awesome board!

This board is not a beginner eskate and you will have to grow with ability to ride this board. Take your time grow and enjoy the ride.

I received the old remote with micro-USB charging port. The user manual shows a newer remote with USB-C port. This is disappointing since I am trying to get rid of old chargers.There are no instructions on how to put everything together. The board comes without wheels attached.
