This product compares favourably with the GSE powder I have been taking in the past. So if you prefer to take capsules with smaller doses rather than larger amounts with a powder, then this would suit. GSE is pretty disgusting in powder form and is hard to dissolve.

I can feel a difference between when do and don't take it
Grape seed extract has been referenced in studies due to is impact on blood glucose level, nasal congestion and skin to name a few. My friends grandma swears by it. Even though there is still need more research I genuinely notice a difference when I stop taking it.Please consult your gp if you have any blood glucose, liver or medical conditions before taking.
