Light, sharp and stylish
This is my 4th Kyocera knife and it's by far superior to all of them. This knife is super light, easy and pleasant to hold, plus black blade and black handle: very stylish! It's also very sharp and easy to rinse. Love it.

Best knife ever
Cutting up tomatoes is a breeze. I have a large knife and the smaller one. They are my favorites in my kitchen. I have a really good set of Shun knives and I like these better for most cutting jobs.

Excellent edge on this ergonomic knife
I have been using a Kyocera 4.5 inch knife for work in the produce department for 4 years. I purchased this new one based on the claim that it holds it's edge twice as long. I have yet to learn whether that is the case, but the edge is extremely sharp. It is very impressive. It makes light work of the hundreds of cuts I make each day.

Sharp for vegetables
Sharpest knife, I have ever used and I have bought expensive Japanese steel knives such as Shun. I much prefer this one for vegetables. I do not use for meat, so I do not know about that. I have not experienced chips in the ceramic. I have bought 3 of them now and would like another!!!

Broke after 2 months of use
We have used kyocera knives for years and have never had a problem. The 4.5 inch knife broke after only 2 months of use.

Cuchillo con un filo inigualable. Los materiales de alta calidad hacen que se sienta frágil y ligero. Muy útil para la cocina. Sólo seguir las recomendaciones del fabricante para su uso y almacenaje.

Ciekawy nóż, wymaga dopracowania.
The media could not be loaded. Kupiłem z ciekawości do testów. Dokupiłem osłonę noża. Używałem 2 x dziennie do krojenia np. pomidora, cytryny, jabłek czy wędlin.Nóż bardzo ostry ale nie agresywny. Pomimo, że uważałem szybko pojawiły się bardzo małe wykruszenia. Naostrzyłem ponownie nóż ostrzałką KYOCERA SS-30. Wykruszenia ostrza zniknęły, nóż jednak stracił ostrość. Spróbuję go naostrzyć diamentowymi osełkami.

Bestes Messer in der Küche !!
Ich habe das Messer nun schon seit über einem Jahr im Einsatz und muss ehrlich sagen, es ist das beste Küchenmesser welches ich bisher hatte !Es ist sehr leicht, extrem scharf und sieht auch noch super aus.Ich schneide mit dem Messer am liebsten und werde mir noch weitere aus dem Sortiment kaufen.Es ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert !

Amazing knife
This product was bought as a gift for an aspiring chef and has become a part of the kitchen as all co workers have fallen in love as well . Very sharp light and easy to use . Only downside is its ceramic and may chip but if your careful it's the best knife around
