Easy to take capsules
The capsules are very easy to swallow with any liquid. The serving size is 2 capsules per day. It contains Echinacea as well as other beneficial supplements. See my photo for the full list of ingredients. There are 90 capsules in the bottle, so this supplement will last about a month and a half, if taken on a daily basis. The price is reasonable, compared with similar supplements sold at vitamin specialty stores.

Eh...
First off, I am not a doctor, and this is not a medical review.Second, I'm not really sure what this product is supposed to accomplish. After taking it for weeks, my skin looks and feels the same. I don't feel any healthier. My memory isn't any better, nor is my hair any stronger, and it's almost like I haven't done or taken anything different for the past month. It's possible that this takes months to show any sign of improvement, but nothing to report on my end.

Great Immue Support Supplement
These Nabouherb Calaguala Immune Support Capsules were made in a GMP-certified facility. They are all natural, NON-GMO, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan. They contain Calaguala, Lion's Mane, Echinacea, Elderberry, and Cocolmeca Bark. This bottle comes in tamper-evident packaging with a seal around the bottle lid and a an additional seal on the lip of the bottle. This bottle contains 90 capsules. The serving size is 2 capsules 1-2 times a day. These capsules are easy to swallow. They have a pleasant baking-bread type smell. They have no taste or aftertaste. I purchased this in 1/2025 and it expires in 11/2026.I am very happy with this purchase.

Researching the ingredients gave me impetus to try this
Researching the ingredients gave me impetus to try this. The claims are that this supplement supports healthy immune system functioning, and I could use a boost. I'd never heard of Kalawalla nor Cocolmeca Bark. I found these were a couple of many herbs more commonly used in Central and South America that seem lesser known in the USA. The other ingredients -- Lion's Mane, Elderberry, and Echinacea -- I was more familiar with and have had positive experiences with these. This supplement seems to be made in a quality manner, with attention to an all natural product. I'm not sure this herbal blend of 5 focused natural supplements has truly had a significant impact over the past few weeks. This isn't one of those supplements that has an obvious effect from one day to the next (at least for me).Yet I think it has potential, so I plan to give it a couple solid months and then see if there is a difference if I pause it.If I encounter breakthroughs, I'll update this.

Interesting blend tainted with Maltodextrin
I really like the combination of immune boosting ingredients in this supplement. They claim it is made in a cGMP facility but there is no indication of that on the bottle. It also lacks third-party testing. The biggest thing that drops this to three stars for me is the addition of maltodextrin. I avoid that ingredient because some studies have suggested it messes up your digestive system.

Solid supplement
This is the kind of supplement I like best. It delivers what you expect, nothing more or less. Who knows whether it will actually strengthen my immune system, but it contains superfoods that are known/believed to do so. That's really all I can ask from the provider. There are no "bonus" synthetic vitamins or anything I wasn't bargaining for. My older daughter has been getting just about every sickness while the rest of the family fights most of them off, so I decided to get this stuff to strengthen her immune system. Even if it doesn't have much effect, it's still nice to know that she's consuming these superfoods, which have got to be good for her.

Does nothing, save your money
I mean, I'm not sure why you're down looking at reviews if you're already on a page like this looking for...nabouherb kalawalla root, or polypodium leucotomos. If you're here, you're probably already totally bought into the fact that this is going to do something. Maybe something as broad as 'immune support' - which means nothing - or maybe any other random thing this thing might be claimed to treat. If anything, I felt worse while taking it, and had a cold or two. If the thought is that you're going to have an impervious immune system, take note that your immune system has three states: compromised by disease or disorder (e.g. HIV), working, or overworking (i.e. an autoimmune disorder). If you don't have something like the HIV, then your immune system is likely working just fine. If this *did* do something to make your immune system work even better, then at best you'd potentially get an autoimmune disorder out of it. The fact that you won't is a testament to the fact that this - thankfully - does nothing.

Recommend
This is my 4th and final attempt to write an honest review that passes Amazon's inspection and guidelines. Not sure why they've denied my previous attempts. So to sum up in 2 words with no explanation (since that seems to bother them) I'll say simply: "I'd recommend"
