This set of accessories has some nice looking pieces and most pieces can be used by an adult as well as a child (I would say the gloves are for an adult and the tights are for a child). The satiny black gloves are well-made and fit nicely on my hand (an average size woman) -- and end 3 inches above my elbow. They fit well on my smallish arm, but can stretch to accommodate a larger arm. I'm not sure how this would fit a child's hand, but they do fit an adult hand. The headband is quite elegant with the three feathers sticking up and the sequined elastic band should stretch to fit various size heads. The "pearl" jewelry looks quite nice and also well-made. They fit well and feel good on the wrist and around the neck. They look nicer than you might expect for jewelry in a costume kit and might actually be worn out and about if so desired. The earrings are made out of a brass looking material and seem sturdy. They are comfortable to wear. I do think the extra hanging piece of metal is not only unnecessary, it actually cheapens the earring. I found an easy solution -- remove the unneeded piece of metal by simply clipping the metal with wire cutters. The remaining stone piece is much prettier on its own - and hangs better too (see photo). While the fan will probably not hold up to rough use, it does look nice and work well. The black tights are made for a girl, not a woman. They are opaque and good quality. The feather boa is the most questionable item in the set. Small feathers and tiny bits tend to fall from it easily. It should definitely be treated gently and with care. It IS, however, a dramatic piece. I think for the most part, this is a costume assessory set that gives you what you paid for and can be enjoyed on a number of occasions.

Everything is very well-made for the most part. Headband, earrings, and fan are all really great accessories. Only negatives would be the ring is kind of awkward, and the boa is super itchy! But otherwise great way to mix and match accessories to make a great outfit!
