there you are drinking water non stop...think 104 degrees day in day out for a week or more (in March/April).This stuff tastes GOOD and it don't take much of a squirt in a small water bottle. The little caffeine boost is good too. Don't really want coffee in that heat, or Red Bull either, too much LIFT.

I cannot seem to find this specific flavour in any of my local stores, so I resorted to purchasing it on Amazon. I love this stuff! I have a hard time drinking just water, so a few squirts of this, I get my water and a little caffeine for that boost I need. I love how it is liquid, so you can alter the taste easily, adding more or less to your drinks, depending on your flavour preference and the size of the drink you are making. I really hope they are not discontinuing this product but while I do like some of the other flavours, this one is by far the best.

Tastes great too

I love this product. Best of all, it helps me drink more water! Let's face it, even though I drink CORE water and it tastes great...when it's 🥶 like all water, not so much when it isn't. Sure you can add ice, but do you know what's in it? If it has fluoride it can contribute to that dread middle age belly crawl. This product stops that, boom! And even when it warms up, still tastes great. What's not too love about that? Yes, I wish it cost a little less per unit, but for me it's worth it. 15 lbs in 6 wks and that's the best it's been for as long as I can remember. And yes, cranked up the exercise and am enrolling in a fencing class. All drs. say is walking, walking, walking. I hate walking, but there are other things, like biking, swimming, kendo and even light sabre competitions and training...if you can find a training center...or even a trainer. It's a fast growing sport and will eventually become an Olympic sport, when climate change kicks in and causes huge problems in outdoor sports.
