When you order them simply note that you need them individually packed.

Q: Does the dirt wash out of the white cloth in the washer and bring it back to white?

It depends on how dirty you get them. You can also bleach then and that helps. I have soaked them in bleach water before washing them in the washing machine. Don't wash them with towels because they will leave lint behind if you do. Love these cloths they are awesome.

Q: I ordered Zap Cloths and received Kaywos cloths what is the difference?

There is actually no difference as they are both made and manufactured by the same company. One owner liked the name "Kaywos" and the other liked the name "ZAP". They are both made of the same Zezo-Fiber®

Not absorbant actually when cleaning windows or mirrors they leave the glass damp but it did without streaks. They come in white only.
