Spectrum Essentials Organic Ground Flaxseed, 24 oz.USDA Organic

I use this in my green smoothies. I love it - I can't even taste it! I've heard complaints about flax seeds in general affecting the taste/texture of things that it's added to, however I haven't experienced that with this particular brand. As a person that is plagued by digestive issues, ever since I've started adding these to my smoothies, it has truly helped (although I'm sure the smoothies themselves are helping too!)

Love this brand! Tastes good. One scoop in my oatmeal or in my smoothie daily! Really appreciate that the bag seals up well unlike other brands.

Love flax in my smoothies, and this stuff is great as it is powdered already and I don't have to run the blender forever to get it smooth.

I use this flaxseed meal mostly in my dog's homemade dog food. It acts as a great binder and assists the dogs with their fiber needs. Flax also has great health benefits for my dogs. I keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh.

My doctor told me to take flaxseed every day so I ordered this organic flaxseed through Amazon. Sometimes, things the doctor tells you to take ranks low on the taste scale. These are kinda nutty tasting. Comes with a little service utensil. Tastes great on every thing I tried them on. Last night I added a couple scoops to ,my ;pizza....tasted great.

I like this product, I add it to my food every day for extra fiber. The reason I've given 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the price. You can get it in larger quantity and cheaper at COSTCO.
